What do I need for closing?

Buyer

  • Valid Photo ID
     

  • Cashiers Check made payable to Modern Abstract Company for your down payment/closing costs. If you already sent a wire transfer for this amount, this is not required.
     

  • Any additional documentation your lender requires you to bring to closing

Seller
​

  • Valid photo identification
     

  • Keys and garage door openers
     

  • Forwarding address
